The apartment has an L shaped lounge and diner, TV with DVD.
It has two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. One has a whirlpool bath, toilet & bidet. The other has a shower and toilet.
There is a large terrace with views over the golf course and sea.
It has a kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, and microwave.
The utility room has a washing machine/ tumble dryer.
The apartment has air conditioning/heating.
There is a communal swimming pool at the end of the block.
There is an underground car park, with spaces for two cars and a lift to all floors. Although the apartment is on the ground floor and can be reached from the road.
If you know Spain, you will know there is always some type of building work going on. To the right of the apartment a new road has been built no doubt giving access to some new building works.
The apartment is approx 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport.
It is on a hill overlooking the Torrequebrada golf course. It is about a two-minute drive to the sea, supermarket, garage & Casino. The town of Costa Benalmadina is an upmarket area, with many restaurants and shops. It has a Marina that has many restaurants, shops, boating trips and a sea-life centre.
